Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These terms of use set out your rights and responsibilities regarding the Captivo.io platform ("Service"). By using the Service you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Captivo.io is a SaaS platform that provides businesses with guest WiFi management, captive portal and RADIUS server services.

2. Account Creation and Security

  • You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for your account security. We recommend using a strong password.
  • Notify us immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
  • An account may only be used by a single business/organization.

3. Use of the Service

When using our Service:

  • You must act in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • You are required to record guest information under Law No. 5651.
  • You are responsible for processing data collected from guest WiFi users in compliance with KVKK.
  • You may not use the Service to distribute malware, send spam or for illegal activities.

4. Data and Privacy

Personal data of guest WiFi users (phone number, email, MAC address, etc.) is processed and stored by you. Your business is responsible for:

  • Processing this data in compliance with KVKK,
  • Providing the necessary privacy notices,
  • Taking data security measures.

5. SMS and Email Sending

For SMS and email sent through Captivo.io:

  • You are responsible for Message Management System (İYS) records.
  • The necessary consents must be obtained before sending commercial electronic messages.
  • SMS fees vary by the provider you use and are billed to you.

6. Payment and Subscription

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance for predetermined periods.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the period; no refund is given for unused time.
  • Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

At Captivo.io we target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. In the event of unexpected outages, notification is provided within a reasonable time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Captivo.io cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or special damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability cannot exceed the total fees you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
