Are you taking payments right now?
No. Payments are not open yet and no card is asked for anywhere. Every cloud account opened today starts on the Free plan. If you need more, write to support@captivo.io and we raise your account by hand.
What does the free plan cover?
One location (1 NAS device) and 20 guests at the same time. There is no ceiling on total guest records or on the SMS you send — you send SMS through your own provider account, so those messages are billed to you. Every verification method and Law No. 5651 identification are included on the free plan too.
What happens if I have more NAS devices than my plan covers?
The devices you already have keep working. The allowance applies only when adding a new device; nothing existing is touched.
Will my guests be blocked when I go past 20 at a time?
You will see in the panel that you are above your allowance. It is an indicator, not a gate: until payments open, no guest is refused because of this limit.
How do tiers work if I install it on my own server?
A Captivo Portal installed on your own server has no tier at all. Your licence defines its scope, and no data leaves your hardware. See the On-Premise page for details.
