Setup guideFrequently Asked Questions
Which hardware is supported?
pfSense, OPNsense, MikroTik, FortiGate, Cisco Meraki, UniFi and Ruijie are supported.
Do I need RADIUS?
Most integrations work over RADIUS, with a ready-made template and server details available in the panel. UniFi connects via the Captivo Connector and doesn't require RADIUS.
How do I set it up?
A step-by-step guide and a downloadable portal template are available in the panel for each platform; click your hardware on this page and follow the guide.
My device isn't listed — will it work?
It will most likely work with any captive portal system that supports RADIUS. Email support@captivo.io and we'll verify it together.
